What does it cost?
A monthly retainer plus your ad spend, which you pay the platforms directly — we take no markup. We quote it on the call once we know your market, service area and average job, because the right number is different for a $6k epoxy floor than a $60k patio. A 90-day commitment to start, then month to month — no long-term contracts.
What happens on the strategy call?
Three things. First, we show you live results from companies like yours that are working with us right now — real accounts, real numbers, not a slide. Most agencies won't do that. Second, we interview you about your company: your area, your crew, your average job, where the growth is stuck — so we can tell whether it's a fit on both sides. Third, if your application is approved, we build a full marketing plan tailored to your area and your business and send you a formal proposal.
How fast do the leads start?
The build takes about two weeks. Ads go live right after. Most clients see the first booked estimates inside the first two weeks of ads, and the 60-day guarantee clock starts the day ads turn on.
Do I own the leads, the site and the ad account?
Yes — all of it. The ad account, the pixel, the website and every lead belong to you. If we ever part ways, we export all of your data from the CRM and hand it over, or you can keep the CRM itself for $59 a month and nothing changes.
I've been burned by an agency before. How is this different?
Most agencies sell shared leads. They sell you a lead they already know is going to four local contractors, so your odds of closing it are a quarter of what they'd be on a lead your own company generated. Ours are different in two ways. The lead is only yours. And we only generate leads from homeowners who are ready to get the work done — then we keep them engaged until you're at their door or on the phone with them.
The other difference is how the leads get made. Most agencies lean on generic, gimmicky tactics. We run paid ads, because since the beginning of digital marketing the fastest way to scale a business has been a high-quality paid ads system — not SEO, not Google Maps manipulation, not billboards and paper.
